We have used Black Diamond for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. The guy they sent out to reset two toilets with new wax rings was very unprofessional and way over priced. The annual contract we have for our HVAC provides professional acting and pleasant servicemen, but we find it suspect that every time they do the twice-annual maintenance, they find something they say needs replacing or fixing and it is always a large amount of money.
