We've used Riley for over 35 years, and we continue with them because of their quality personnel and service. We haven't even priced other services in many, many years because we feel Riley's prices are fair. They installed our HVAC systems (two in that time frame), and we have them do the annual maintenance--the furnace in the fall and A/C in the late spring. We've never had any problems.

Riley did an adequate job. We still cannot get a good reason why our thermostat in the room is so off from another thermometer in the room. Sometimes the quality of the job depends on the person whom we get. All their employees are not of the same quality level.
