Bruce notified me by text he was coming and arrived promptly. He fixed a humidifier that wasn't working properly and serviced our furnace and mini-split heat pump. Friendly and professional. Readily explained what he had done and offered suggestions when prompted.

Our air conditioner was out and they came and installed a new one and recomm a furnace as well based on age and repair history. They did a good job and were pleasant to work with.
