My annual routine AC checkup turned out to be scheduled on one of the hottest days of the year. While the service call was just outside the "window" of time given me when I scheduled the appointment many days earlier, the tech rep came and completed the inspection and related service very professionally and thoroughly. He confirmed that he had to deal with several emergencies that day due to the weather conditions. The price charged was not change from my previous checkup last winter. This is the second time I've used Engler and I am very pleased with their service.

Our air conditioner was out and they came and installed a new one and recomm a furnace as well based on age and repair history. They did a good job and were pleasant to work with.
