JC Penney bought the Portrait Studio from Target I never had a problem at target. Yet this recent visit was to the new location at JC Penney. The staff was not pleasant and ignored us for sometime when at the front desk. No ill be with you in a minute or hello. We showed up on time and waited for almost a half hour before we got into the studio to take pictures. It was my Daughters first birthday pictures. We wanted our son with her I a picture or two and the photographer was perturbed at the request She said that it would be extra cost. We didn't know why at target they never mentioned an extra cost if others in the photo. They take so many pictures then you pick the ones you like. All and all the experience wasnt great but the Photos came out awesome. Yet I think customer service reigns supreme when rating a place so I can not recommend.
