When I pointed out what they did wrong to the company and ask them to come back and fix it, they did but gave me a hard time about it.
That is part of their service if you are unsatisfied they come back no questions asked. I got a lot of questions asked. I tried them a second time and they tried to do the same thing yet I demanded they only do what is asked. Again I had to ask them to come back and redo the floors. They gave me a hard time and said they would no longer want to service me because obviously I wasn't please with they work. I was not going to use them anyway but was shocked to see that they are nothing like their policy states as far as coming back and redoing what wasn’t done correctly.
