Excellent quality and management on a complex job (in my house) that combined all-new floors to match existing, plus refinishing, restoring a wood stairway, etc. They also worked around a snow storm and other logistic problems with skill and good humor.

It took a couple of tries to get the finish right but the rework was done promptly on my schedule without complaint and the finished product is clearly superior.
