Have used them for many years. Installed furnace. Both heat and AC are covered with a contract. Always the finest service.

Needed service on an 8 year old gas furnace. Took 2 trips because required part not on truck, so only 1 trip was charged. Technician explained error message codes which I hadn't been told about when the unit was installed [which probably would have made for a 1 trip repair].

Have used D&D for several years, although very expensive. However, Service has clearly deteriorated. Our house is older and first 2 techs did not evaluate the problem correctly. The third tech was better in his analysis BUT did not explain it properly to the homeowner, resulting in several expensive calls to an electrician. Finally, as problem was being fixed, tech broke existing thermostat and then CHARGED customer for a new one. Have called and called management with no response. Have been prohibited from speaking to senior management. So disappointed; this used to be a terrific company. Because of misdiagnosies, we were without heat for over a month in the dead of winter.
