I’ve had them inspect my heat pump system regularly, and they’ve always been very professional and easy to deal with. One cold, snowy day in February 2016, my air handler died. I called them, and a technician arrived within a few hours. He quickly replaced the fan motor and got the system working again. As my system was 14 years old, he suggested I think about replacing it; he called the office, and they offered to discount the cost of the motor from a new system. We also scheduled an estimate, which took place the next day. The estimator took the time for a full discussion of my needs and possible systems, but he also noted that my system was still in good shape, especially with the new motor. It was definitely not a hard sell. As promised, he delivered detailed written estimates the next day, tailored to my particular needs. I decided not to replace my system at that time. In the April 2023, that old heat pump developed a leak and lost all its coolant, and it was clearly time for a new system. The same estimator came to my house, discussed my preferences again, and soon sent me an estimate for a new system, with an excellent combination of heat pump and air handler, which I confirmed on the AHRI web site. A week later, a technician came to my house to take some measurements, and the next day, two technicians installed the system. They were courteous and professional, and the new system works great. I will definitely keep calling them for my heating and A/C needs.
