After finding several mistakes on my 2020 returns, the amendment still has not been done as of April 18, 2022. When calling the office, the receptionist never transfers my calls. When leaving several messages, the accountant never returns my calls. When making an appointment to talk with the accountant, the receptionist informed me I would be charged for the visit to discuss the mistakes the accountant made on the 2020 return. I questioned why I was being charged for mistakes made by the accountant and she responded rudely, "time is money".
