Jim Triebl from Dunbar re-caulked and sealed up gaps between the portico over our front door and the main house wall. He also had a good suggestion for re-caulking parts of our roof which needed it. And the day of the service, on top of everything else, Jim was able to use a blower to blow out the leaves on our upper gutters for a very reasonable price. A very good experience.

Dunbar Roofing and all the people were terrific. The price was very competitive and the estimate was very detailed. Dunbar includes a description of all materials to be used and cost of options in the estimate. We got four bids, one of which was simply the estimated price scribbled on a piece of paper. They were extremely professional and listened to our concerns and addressed each one with multiple options. While doing the work I expressed a concern over the plantings around the house and they made sure they didn't damage any. The workers were attentive to details and did a great job. I highly recommend Dunbar Roofing for both quality and pricing. Whoever you use, be sure to ask what it would cost to replace all the underlayment (usually plywood) so you don't get a big surprise.

We used Dunbar Roofing to replace our roof, skylight and install gutters and we had a very good experience with them. They were prompt in providing estimate. The customer service was excellent in answering and scheduling. Their price was better than other competitors. They were on-time and finished job on-time and in a professional manner. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
