I’ve had to use KOAM twice in the past two years. Both experiences were excellent. I had a problem with a washing machine on Sunday morning, posted a service request on the KOAM website, and they responded within a few hours. By the end of the day they had the information they needed, knew the issue, and would have scheduled a day and time for repair except the hour did get late. A pleasant phone call on Monday morning took care of that. Good company performing quality work.

KOAM did warranty work on my 4-year-old LG refrigerator that wasn't cooling. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (compressor), and made repair. All went very smoothly. I'd recommend KOAM. There was no cost as parts and labor were covered by LG warranty. BTW, I first went through LG corporate for the warranty based on a tip from another repairman. LG tried to talk me out of a service call since the unit started cooling again. They said the noise the compressor was making was normal. It was not! I had to demand they send a service man. They sent KOAM but said if KOAM didn't find an issue, the service call was on me. It was obviously a failing compressor and KOAM saw it immediately. LG has a history of defective compressors.

Our LG French Door refrigerator, purchased in August 2017, stopped cooling last Saturday night. I contacted LG on Sunday morning, who determined that the problem was likely covered by warranty and was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours to schedule the repair. KOAM contacted us first thing Monday morning and said they'd come that day. James from KOAM arrived at 10:30 and had completed the repair (replacement of compressor and drier) in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of LG refrigerators that James showed in completing the repair in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to call KOAM for future appliance repairs.
