They did everything wrong several times in a row (despite knowing what portion of their own installation work they were coming to fix AGAIN), the price increased once after we signed the contract, their phone representatives were either rude or NEVER returned our calls, and they were generally very difficult with which to work. We would never use them again and don't understand how they're still in business.
