Highly recommend Expert Appliance Services. This was the second time I used them and they were honest about my options and fair prices the first time (had to replace a mother board in a GE refrigerator - I remember him commenting that the old fridges before computers lasted longer). To show you how honest he was, I had an issue with another (LG) refrigerator (about 5 years old) in January 2026 and called another repair company first (big mistake!) to look at the water dispenser which wouldn't stop flowing even when you pulled your drinking glass away. That guy who came out, scraped my hardwoods when pulling the fridge out and insisted it needed two mother boards and wanted to charge me $400 to fix it. I was suspicious and called Expert. They came out and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes as a stuck lever in the front that needed to be replaced and charged me $250 for parts and labor which included the first diagnostic visit. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and fair and most importantly, HONEST. This firm truly has integrity.

We called Expert Appliance Services after another highly rated service failed to repair our refrigerator and then ghosted us when we called to have them return. Expert was able to schedule a visit the next day, correctly diagnosed the issue as a failed defrost thermometer, removed all the ice that had built up and replaced the thermometer. We paid them less for the correct repair than we had paid the other service for the failed repair. As a bonus, their technician was a great guy.
