NICTO Chimney was wonderful to work with. They had to haul away a heavy cast iron wood burning fireplace insert that smoked, was not the right size, and had been incorrectly installed. The existing flue liner also was not the correct size. Marcos and Nicholas expertly and quickly diagnosed the problems and found a perfect replacement. The entire project was incredibly efficient, from order and permitting to installation and inspection, taking just over two weeks. The entire NICTO team was extremely pleasant and helpful, highly informative, not at all high pressure, and as non-intrusive as possible. They took care to move the heavy inserts so as to avoid damage to floors and furniture. The price was very reasonable, and their work was exacting and professionally carried out. The insert looks beautiful. I definitely would use their services again.

Small company who can do it all when it comes to chimney repair. They rebuilt the top 20 rows of brick, replaced the crown with a new custom made concrete one and replaced the 6 inch stainless steel liner from the wood stove to the cap with an all new system. They also removed and reinstalled my old fashion TV antenna. Their masonry was of a high quality and they did an excellent job matching the new brick to the 50 year old brick that needed replacement. I'm sure this repaired chimney will still be standing and functioning for years to come. Great job Nicto.
