My Whirlpool bottom freezer drawer would not close properly. Aziz returned my call within 10 minutes. Once I explained the problem he consulted his schedule, and worked me in to be his next call, arriving within 15 minutes. He explained the cost clearly, and I found his price very reasonable. Aziz determined the problem, fixed it quickly, and my refrigerator with freezer is working properly again. I would call Aziz for any appliance repair.

Left vmail message and followed up immediately with a text message with my issue. Aziz texted me right back. He understood the issue but believed I was still under warranty. He suggested I best go through the manufacturer as the repair was going to be costly. He was correct and the cost of the repair is covered (by the manufacturer's approved guy). But I appreciate the fast response and honest advice I received from Fair Appliance. Tim, Gainsville, VA

Excellent experience. Our refrigerator started leaking water and my first reaction was to call General Electric Repair Service. GE told me their first appointment was a week and a half later. Forget that. We looked at Consumers’ Checkbook for ratings and saw that Fair Appliance Repair was well-regarded, so we called — damn glad we did. Karim just left after doing a very capable and thorough job of solving the problem. I thought the water was coming from the chilled water reservoir, but he immediately assessed it as a clogged drain leading to the pan. He was spot-on correct, and in just over an hour, he had taken it apart, de-iced the frozen backlog, and removed the clog. He was careful about avoiding damage to the floor, fastidious about ensuring water was well-contained, and put everything back exactly as it should be. And he was sure to mention that if anything is amiss, they would come back to correct it. We were impressed by the skill and care he showed. And if any of our other appliances need work, Fair Appliance Repair will get the call.
