I hired Chimney Doctor to fix a dryer vent that was deteriorating. Their estimate wasn't the lowest, but I felt that they would do the best job for me. The work included replacing flexible with rigid venting partially over a finished basement. I was told one hole would be necessary in the basement ceiling drywall. When they left, there were four holes in my ceiling, a section of the old vent that I wanted replaced still in place, and a mislocated 4" exterior vent hole that was about 3" too low (and redrilled in the correct location). They came back a week later and replaced the old venting, attempted to patch the ledger board, and left. This project was clearly outside of their specialty, and they probably should not have quoted me on the work.

Great company!! Victor is terrific to work with. He came out to get me a estimate and was able to complete the work on that same visit. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair, honest and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

These people are the real deal. A pro in the business suggested I reach out to them for a particular problem I was having with our very old house. "Ask for Victor." Amen. Victor - and his entire crew - are awesome. So are the ladies in the front office. Couldn't have had a better experience. Six guys showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would, for a very fair price.
