I had a raccoon family living in my uncapped fireplace chimney. These guys first made sure the family had evacuated; surveyed via TV the interior of the chimney; then capped both the fireplace & furnace chimneys. They were very professional, orderly and pleasant. I highly recommend their services.

Chimney Doctor inspected my 35 year old chimney and discovered that I had a warped damper. They explained the new kind of damper they wanted to use to replace my old one and that it would have to be made to order so it would take a few days. I agreed and it was installed within a couple of weeks. They put it in very quickly, showed my how it worked, made me work it, and even cleaned out the ashes in my fireplace. They were funny and friendly and very patient.

Recommended with some reservations--company frustrating to deal with. Communication difficult-many staff not fluent in English. But proposals/pricing were clear and in writing. Difficult to judge quality of work.
