Harbors claim to be in training and do not understand questions asked. Customer service promises delivery dates that are never met. Ordered new containers 6 weeks ago, still do not have containers. Spent hours online and on phone, still no resolution. After over a month my outstanding order, yet to be fulfilled, suddenly disappeared and I had to start process all over again. No containers to put out trash and recycling, yet I’m still being charged for their service on autopay. 4 promised delivery dates have come and gone with no results. They earn my lowest rating, completely not recommended and if there is any other choice for this service in your area…take it. How difficult is it, for a nationwide company this large, to deliver trash and recycle containers to a customer? That is their business, that is what they do. Over 6 weeks now with promised delivery in another week…I have zero confidence they will meet that date.
