Eagle Building Company works all over Puget Sound even though they're located on Whidbey Island. They have built two gorgeous decks for us and the construction on each deck was flawless. Even though Eagle Building is a custom home builder, the work on all jobs large and small. Decks happen to also be one of their specialties. Ask for Ben, the owner. He's a great guy to work with and very customer service oriented.
