Richard Miller and his team have washed our metal roof house twice, once last week (March 2021). They did a complete and excellent job, despite the fact that we have a hard to reach second floor roof. They cleaned the roof, gutters, downspouts, and also a light power wash of the whole house, including the eaves and heat pump condenser. Our house looks like new with all the cobwebs and old bee nests washed away. We'll ask them back. The price, in my opinion, was more than fair.
