Agents are rarely available in their stores. I leave messages on their phone that are not answered. Best to stop by the main office and talk to someone one on one. Orders are slow in coming, but that is on the supplier. The door I ordered turned out to be the wrong spec, evidently a factory problem, not MHS. But the installer was great. He was very pleasant and did an outstanding job. I am quite happy with the finished product. Also, on at least two occasions I have had problems come up with installed doors (mostly due to plastic parts that failed) and MHS has come through and fixed them.

Called and had a positive and friendly chat with a representative, acted like they could do a basic bathtub frameless glass hinged shower door install, but they had to do some research for the shower door style they found acceptable. I sent them, as requested, a web link to a door that was what we wanted. I was told that they would have to find a similar one to install since they didn't carry that brand and they would get back to me in a few days. A week or so later, I heard nothing. I sent a query email, very polite, asking what's up. No reply, a few days later I sent another email asking if they weren't interested in this job to at least let me know. Again no reply. Unprofessional. I'm really surprised at this because in the past Mclendon's has been really helpful. Over a month later, I am using another company for the install. I understand the COVID restrictions but we are very patient. This partial remodel has been ongoing since November 2021 and this was the last part of it.
