I always find the customer service people knowledgeable and helpful. They explain things well. I having been going to them for several years and everything goes without a hitch. I expect you can find less expensive good service elsewhere.

Carter Subaru was able to do an oil and filter change without an appointment in about 30 minutes and at a reasonable price. They have dropped the fee for using a credit card (“a failed experiment” is how the service advisor described it).

Have only had warranty work and oil changes done here. Its a busy place, staff pleasant and competent, free loaners often available. Prices somewhat higher than independent shops as expected.
