Blinds are not of the quality that I have purchased at Home Depot. Cheap hardware that does not match the color to the blinds. I had to paint the hardware so it did not show up as shiny silver. Customer service said that is just the way it is. I will not buy from them again.

Be warned, their "fit guarantee" is BS. When I inquired right after delivery, was told only one of the 2 I needed fixed qualifies and the 2nd they'd give me a 10% discount. Bought cellular shades for 2 pairs of windows in 2 rooms. Started this process before pandemic, called back after pandemic was in full swing and they offered no options or assistance at all (unlike every other store). After a long, let me talk to my supervisor hold, sorry you're too late (even though I had originally notified them well within their 30 day time limit). They were borderline rude, agreed to send me new mounts after I told how the ones I had installed had fallen on my 5 year old's head twice. I never received these new mounts. I don't believe the problem was the mounts—I since installed a curtain rod that sort of holds shades in place and no more falling. Also the plastic pieces that cover the sides of the top and bottom pieces constantly pop off. We're not using these more than anyone would—open in the morning, close at night. Stay away.
