I had a cracked window that needed to be replaced and they got the job done!

1. The measurements that were taken for two out of four glass replacements were either incorrect (or perhaps they were improperly cut by the supplier) since a second appointment was necessary to install new ones in the correct sizes. 2. Should have floor protection when removing old windows. Two fixed windows that needed new glass were accessed by removing sliding windows. We needed to provide towels for the floor as these windows were dirty and would have left a dirty mark on the carpet since the crew did not lay down any protection for them beforehand. 3. Should have provided protections for windowsills and walls. A window frame left a slight chip on a wall when it was leaned against it, and a windowsill was dented so both need a patch & paint touch up. Protections would have prevented these errors. 4. Should have used a broom and dustpan to clean up driveway after sawing aluminum trim. 5. The measurer initially said that the glass was “clear” from eyeballing it and was backed by his instrument that determined the color of the glass. We pointed out to him that we previously ordered bronze and showed him past Arrow statements that “bronze” glass was used. Subsequently, he agreed that the glass was “bronze” after viewing our windows from the outside. Perhaps the instrument also needs to be recalibrated. We have used this company since 2008 and have not experienced any problems up to this point. All workers were very courteous and punctual. However, we recommend increased emphasis on professional care and clean-up during and before crews leave the job.

I've used Arrow Glass over the years to repair a few windows and to install a shower glass door. Every time, I'm pleased with the service and final job.
