Not Recommended
I was very disappointed after being encouraged to upgrade to a "pet friendly" carpeting by Shaw to find out that the store would not support me in any way in my warranty claim when the carpeting did not perform as marketed. (Cat hairballs from my elderly cat, a condition included in the warranty, have left unsightly stains all over the carpet, despite professional cleaning.) All complaints must go through the store, and yet all the store reps would do was forward my messages to Shaw and tell me they have no influence on the complaint. They did not assist or advocate for me in the least. What a waste of money and time.

This is our second go round with this company. The first time, they gave us poor advice about caring for the flooring, which required that it be redone after about seven or eight years. But we still went back to them; like them more than anyone else
