This may be the same group already in your system but at a different address. The technicians doing the work were excellent, but there were issues with the office staff. They didn't show up the first day they were scheduled, but when we checked it turned out that the person we'd been dealing with was no longer there. The second time they were there as scheduled. They did the work well and gave me a good verbal summary of their recommendations, which were reasonable and not just a sales pitch. They were supposed to follow up with written recommendations for our homeowners (small HOA), which we couldn't get from them despite multiple tries.
