They cannot ever get straight when you pay your service call and keep sending you invoices. They used to be a good company but they are awful now. I have been trying to get a problem solved for two months. When they can't do it or let you know they can't they try to settle with a buy-out that does not cover the cost needed. After 10 years, I am going to switch companies. I get that the contractors who work for them are unhappy with them also.
