I used Hassler to install a heat pump (one of the few companies in the area that does this). There was some back and forth about the cost of which kind of unit, but the staff was beyond professional in scheduling, completing the work, and cleaning up afterwards. I had to call them back out when the unit stopped working, and they were able to fit me me in quickly (no easy feat) and repaired the unit (the problem was due to an issue from inspection, not installation or quality of the unit). Not the cheapest bid, but I went with them because they are local.

I used Hassler to install a new heat pump for a home that had an existing gas furnace but no cooling. While it is true that their initial installation turned out to have a defective control wire that meant the zone dampers didn't correctly open and close, they were extremely prompt to remedy the problem and provided a generous supply of air filter replacements for the system at no extra charge. Their personnel were a mixed bag and not as attentive to cleaning up after themselves as they should have been, but everyone I dealt with was very polite, the installation passed inspection with no issues, and everything was always done on schedule.
