Jim Everett is a bit outside the mold: he relies upon his artistic and creative skills to meet a set of goals he has made with you, the customer. He does not offer drawings; he only sometimes will use chalk ON the site to explain an idea. He will do what he says he will do, with utmost integrity. You must "get the right vibe" from him because he requires your trust. It was scary, from time to time, because of there being no security of a blueprint to rely on. He has a list of prizes, credentials and testemonials a mile long, and that's mainly what we relied upon. He started his work by coming on site with his own chair which he sat in and just stared for over two hours. We were told not to disturb him. (We had filled out a very lengthy questionnaire where we got to state all our desires & preferences). The result, anonymously submitted, won a special prize for sustainability from the local Region of the State Association, (of which he has been President). I am thrilled with our new landscaping and water feature . You just gotta meet this guy!
