Overall things went pretty smoothly, though they were much more interested in getting things done up until the time they'd received their second payment from us and then the responsiveness dropped off.
What was going to be a month or two process ended up taking 4 or 5 months. They also had a case where they called a city inspector and scheduled an appointment for the next day without talking with us first. Then when we were out of town and had no way of letting the inspector in they blamed the cancellation on us rather than their crazy scheduling practices. Sometimes communication could've been better, but overall they were OK.
Overall, though, there were no major issues with them and the installation seems reasonable, works and is generating for us.
