He was also kind enough to explain to those of us who were curious what he was doing, how he learned piano tuning (from his father), and a little about what "well tempered" sounded like to a piano tuner.
I think the work took about the amount of time I'd expect, his rates are in line with others in the field, and the piano certainly sounds much better now.
