I have worked with Steve Papapietro on my initial purchase mortgage plus 3 refinancings. The latest was a 2.9% 15 year mortgage in March 2013. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He is VERY honest and conscientious. Underwriting has become so strict that Steve really had to advocate on my behalf to get my most recent amazing loan.
