I went in at 8:15 to a standing room only waiting room. They open at 7 am. One of the techs did not arrive until 9 am. At one point, the tech and the receptionist spent 10 minutes gossiping, just a few feet away and in clear earshot to all of us waiting there! Two people came in with appointments but the receptionist could not find the records or the requested lab work that had been phoned in by the doctors office. One woman had been coming in once a month and they could not find her file at all. I was there 1 hr 45 minutes before being called in. I asked that the lab work be sent to both the ordering Dr. and a second Dr. The second Dr. never received the lab work. This place is a DISASTER!!! Because they are tied to John Muir I am told I have to use them. I was told they have improved. Will find out soon, as due for another test in a month
