We have used Service Champions to replace our 27 year 0ld furnace and ducting when it went out on Dec. 23rd 2024. They worked around all the awful storms to get us a working furnace as quickly as possible. They had to come back 2 more times after the install to get the pump discharge line at the best angle to do its job without sounding like a jet propelled washing machine in the bedroom closet! I love that they text you with the name and ID of the technician that is coming to your home. They identify themselves immediately on arrival. They were efficient, used foot covers in the home and cleaned up after each visit. The new furnace, ducting and more easily read thermostat and control panel are making life much more comfortable. We used them again recently to install an attic fan, add insulation and controls to use from an Ipad to turn the fan on and off as needed, without having to climb a ladder up to the attic to do it. We think that they do a great job at a fair price for the services.
