My positive comments relate to Service Champions Pleasanton employee, Gina. She is extremely knowledgeable and went way beyond anything possibly expected in servicing my HVAC system. Rats had eaten through some tubing as well as ductwork under my house, and not only did she repair all of that, she helped me put bait traps underneath the house, as well as putting screen over entrance points where the rats may have been coming in! I love Gina ❣️. My elderly neighbor uses Service Champions, and also loves Gina!
