They are costly and they over bill.

The regular service is very good. However, paying for services on an annual basis can complicate charges for add on products. The company's contracts for add-ons are oriented to monthly billing. Therefore, an annual payer is requested to sign add-on contracts oriented to monthly billings, which create unacceptable liabilities for the customer. If your preference is to pay annually, be sure the company acknowledges this in writing, particularly for future add-ons.
