Requires an escrow account to pay insurance and property tax. The minimum amount in this account varies without reason or explanation not directly correlated to changes in the cost of insurance or property tax. In fact, they underestimate the payments and increase the minimum yearly. This causes a large lump sum payment in April to cover the property tax payment. This is very poor management of customer funds.
