Krav Maga is a great workout and a highly efficient self-defense system that is easy to learn- or at least as easy to learn as any martial art can be. It's a no-nonsense approach and Krav Maga SF is a GREAT school. I've studied there for five years and can't say enough good things about it. I wish this had been around when I was a teenager. The school also offers fitness classes like Crossfit and conditioning, and there are quite a few different classes to attend. Highly recommended if you're interested in learning self-defense, or just want a great workout that will teach you things.
