Sheryl, the sales lady at this store, is super nice. The mattresses are expensive. I didn't really like it when I got it. But my back has gotten used to it. A friend also bought a mattress here. He had an issue getting what looked like a used cover. They ultimately exchanged this. He did some exchanges, too. Ultimately, he gave the mattress away, though because he didn't like it after the exchange period was over.
