They repaired/replaced my vehicle's rear bumper, which was damaged in an accident. The bumper repair itself was okay, but it left the electronic lock inoperable (initially intermittently, but now persistently). So, I always have to open it using the mechanical lever by the driver's seat. A second problem had to do with the insurance settlement. They did not provide the correct paperwork, and the math didn't work out correctly. At first, they asked me to sign a blank "Direction to Pay" (for insurance company), which I refused to do. After several three-way back-and-forth, my insurance adjuster and I had to practically show them how the math to get everything in order, before they came up with a correct document that I felt comfortably signing.

First a WARNING: This body shop committed insurance fraud. Also, sloppy job. Pan American couldn't fix my car to pre-accident condition after 3(!) repair attempts. Also, don't trust the BB(!)B rating. They give out A+ ratings like candy. In fact, after I complained to the BBB about Pan American's poor wokmanship, the potential fraud, and the fact that they displayed BBB and other stickers at their door despite being no longer a paying member, once memebership was reinstated, the BBB "rewareded" them with an A+ rating.

I received very clear information about the process and timing for repair on my car. They even buffed out a few scratches at no additional cost. I would go to them again.
