Thai Pham will begin with wonderful plans and ideas. It all goes downhill from there. Design and plantings are not conducive to the climate needs for the area. No thought is given to longevity of selections nor combinations of plantings together. Thus what is planted dies quickly. No concept of finishing time. Only wants payments as quickly as possible. Dishonest. Poor quality workmanship by employees. Plants often improperly positioned, pots supplied are poor quality and easily break. All will look great when finished, but everything will die back quickly. It is as if a florist has delivered, and the arrangement only lasts a week. Thai does not answer his phone or makes excuses why he cannot come to to repair/replace. Way, way overpriced, as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...EVER!!

do not use unless you get firm pricing, time commitment, schedule, etc. and would recommend that you get at least 3 more estimates, they are a last resort, and good luck if you use them....... they also work sometimes on cash basis, get everything in writing ,,,,,,,
