Bad cut, bad color, really bad attitude. Specifically said I wanted ash blonde highlights, not yellow. Yvonne, the owner, rushed through the job as other clients arrived and didn't leave the color on long enuf. When I pointed out the highlights were yellow, she started yelling at me that she did a better job than I could do (this was my first trip to a salon following the pandemic lockdown). It was very upsetting. I've never had that experience at a salon.
