In the last year Recology's service has been fine. I used my one of two large pickup days last year to haul away a large antique washstand, and the tech was friendly and pickup was easy to schedule. In the last year I've not had any interactions with customer service other than that large pickup, but a few years ago their truck was accidentally dropping yard waste bins into the truck and they ran out of replacements, so I was without yard waste service for a few weeks. So I just wanted to ding them for that big mistake.
