Beware! Don't get ripped off. They charge too much, and you might not get what you pay for. Make sure that the technician shows you their contractor's license. I'm convinced that they sent a rookie over to repair our gas furnace as he was unprofessional, inexperienced, and unknowledgeable. He was incapable of diagnosing the issue, challenged the safety requirement given by my gas company, and said that no repairs were necessary. I had enough common sense not to believe him knowing that my safety would be at risk. He then charged me 2 hours for wasting my time. I contacted their office, but they were of no help, and the technician showed no incentive to offer remediation. Then I called another company who arrived with experienced pros as I would expect. Besides diagnosing the issue, repairing the furnace and meeting the gas company's requirement in less than 45 minutes, their rate was reasonable and fair.

Best in class performance for heating, cooling, and troubleshooting. After 15 years in this house, Innovative has been the company that has sent the most knowledgeable people on the FIRST visit. They had to fix things left by other, less well schooled companies---and they know their equipment, its limitations, and its strengths. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any larger house or an installation that is more complex than a single unit in one wall to heat or cool one room--because--they actually do the math and then do not take shortcuts. More expensive at the first---best over the long run.
