I asked their salesman if there were any discounts or rebates on the replacement furnace and AC he proposed. He insisted there were none. Only when I informed him that Carrier had a Spring rebate did he include a $600 rebate in his revised estimate. He also said Cropp didn't participate in a Pepco rebate program even though Pepco lists them as a participant on their website. I went with another company which provided a slightly better Carrier system for $2679 LESS than the Cropp offer.
