We tried them for the first time this past year. The technician seemed knowledgeable. The services can be high if you go beyond basic or if you have them supply things like furnace filters. Those are only reasonable if you have the annual contract for two inspections a year (AC in the spring and furnace in the fall). Make sure you get the cost specifics upfront when using for the first time. They were fairly transparent in that regard, but listen carefully. Otherwise costs add up quickly.
