Block Advisors is a division of H&R Block that has very experienced tax professionals--many are Enrolled Agents-licensed to represent tax payers before the IRS and the average tenure of tax professional is 25 or more years of experience. The Block Advisor tax professional is required to be available to their individual client year round whereas H & R Block has some year round offices with tax professionals (probably not the one that prepared the original return) available to their clients year around. Block Advisors can prepare any income tax return but they are ideal for more complex returns which may require more expertise.
