Miguel and the Sunshine Brickpointing team did an amazing job repairing an exterior wall of our historic east Capitol Hill row house. We got several estimates for the work, and Miguel's was the most detailed and reasonably priced. We're very happy with the quality of the work from Sunshine Brickpointing. Miguel was extremely communicative throughout the process, providing updates with progress photos. He also noticed some small additional issues that we were previously aware of but hadn't fixed yet, and offered to take care of them for minimal cost. He even removed an unused satellite dish base from the roof for free. The work was finished on time and on budget, and we felt extremely confident in the quality and informed throughout. I will absolute be calling Sunshine Brickpointing for any future masonry or chimney work.
