Mr. Schelhorn has a degree in exercise physiology. I went in to get in shape and am happily still working with him 4 years later. It's challenging for a middle aged guy but he makes it fun. I'm in waaay better shape than I was in and better than almost all of my peers. He is not a boot camp, muscle head. He has also helped me through various injuries. I highly highly recommend him.
