Have used them numerous times. All of the therapists have been wonderful, especially Ryan, who is the absolute best in terms of knowledge and communications. It's located right at the Cleveland Park Metro, so couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommend.

Liked their ratings and location so I tried - they are Extraordinarily Unresponsive - Tried to inquire and schedule appointment 3 different ways and never got so much as the courtesy of a can't or won't do communication so I've delayed start of needed PT by 3 weeks - 1-Left phone message when no answer - no return call for several days 2-Called and briefly talked to PT, he said they treated my condition and would have admin assistant call back to schedule early the next week - waited a week and no call, then 3-Attempted to schedule appointment online, indicating could meet at Daniel's convenience - no response Really, it's not me - I was always friendly in my communications, I am fully insured by a participating insurer, have Orthopedist's script, always pay bills (outstanding credit) and have received accolades for positive attitude and compliance from previous health providers (including PTs)

I have a love/hate relationship with Pivot. I can't fault the care I'm receiving - all the exercises they are prescribing are helping me and all are in line with "best practice" based on my web research for my condition (which was pretty extensive research on my part). At the same time, it's a factory set up - they book two appointments for one staff person at the same time. And there is very little listening/asking questions, etc. The particular physical therapist I work with is an unusually poor communicator for a physical therapist. She's very kind and very skilled, but she doesn't take time to really check in with me and listen. Part of that is her and part of that is the fact that she has to juggle two clients at once. That being said, I keep setting up appointments because I've noticeably improved due to the exercises she's prescribed. I think the therapists genuinely know their stuff.
