We used them as agents for our individual unit rental, and as the management company for our 14-unit condo unit association. I would not recommend them for either. Employee turnover is constant. They didn't tell us when property managers left, and didn't monitor their phone or emails so we were contacting people who didn't work there anymore. This happened more than once.
