Roost's management personnel fail to follow-up on commitments and to-do lists. In-the-field personnel provide excellent advice and oversight, but the bureaucratic support is less than reliable.

Everyone who lives in a condo complains about their management company (look at old Popville posts). I have lived in my condo for ten years and Roost is our third management company. There are hands down the best management company we have had!
