Install of new gas heater replacing oil burner. Prices were very competitive. Work was done quickly and they were able to take the oil in the tank to the neighbors as my gift, rather than sending to recycle. Only complaint was the ten year parts and warranty ONLY applies if the HOMEOWNER contacts Trane and files the warranty paperwork, otherwise it's 5 - years. No one told me this. It was buried in the hundred pages of contract, install directions and maintenance I was given. The contractor should be required to do this. B&McB also did a 'tune-up- on my A/C unit installed by them by the previous owner. The tech was pleasant and professional and said all was well instead of trying to upsell parts or maintenance or plans. Will use again.

Poor follow-up and they charge for equipment quotations if you don't order it from them. Service contracts cost more than other providers.

Have used them for many years for both heating, hot water and air conditioning. Have always been satisfied with equipment and service personnel. Customer service staff is super at getting info correct the 1st time and follow up is always excellent.
