Asked for and received an estimate for installation of a ductless mini-split system for a sunroom, but never responded when I asked if there were any units available that were made in the USA. No further follow-up to see if I was still interested.

This is a small company, and as a result, they get tied up with projects, depending on the season. My air conditioner died July 3 2020, and it was close to three weeks before a new unit could be installed. As a curtesy, the sales manager came and installed a window unit in my bedroom so that I could at least sleep at night. I called them 3 weeks ago to install a new WiFi thermostat to replace the unit that I currently have with Vivint. I got a timely estimate and was told by the sale manager he was going on vacation and would get back to me by the end of June. I contacted him and was told that the heat wave had completely filled up the service department with work orders. He said to see if I could get an extension from Vivint (which I had initiated cancellation of services). I'm waiting to see what kind of time frame he anticipates. Overall, they are good to work with, but they do not have a lot of service techs. The price was reasonable for a new a/c unit, and I was given the ability to pay monthly over the span of a year without interest.

I competed the replacement of my HVAC Equipment (Heat/AC). Three bidders in the area. Hentkowski was competitive on the price but Included fixes to existing, improper, gas lines. They proposal was clearly the best value with several additional pieces of work that I needed by didn't know....and they did an excellent job!
